Abstract

Generally, implant-supported fixed prostheses are fabricated with metal framework, acrylic resin, and feldspar porcelain. These prostheses are associated with high complication rates. Recently, implant-supported fixed prostheses made of monolithic zirconia was used for maxillary edentulous patient based on inherent good properties of zirconia. This case was fabricated by computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM).
